What you'll do

Learn the basics of Indian cuisine as you cook some classic dishes with Chef Raina & Gautam!

In this vegetarian Indian cooking class, Chef Raina & Gautam will teach you how to prepare a great combination of basic Indian recipes that can easily become a part of your recipe repertoire.

You'll start with the classic masoor dal – a flavorful lentil soup – and then move forward with jeera chawal, basmati rice flavored with cumin. To complete the meal, we will teach you how to prepare raita, a cucumber and onion yogurt dip.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
