Next, we'll move on to Pani Puri - a classic street food that consists of crispy fried shells filled with a mixture of spiced potatoes, chickpeas, and onions, and then dipped into a spicy and tangy mint water. You'll learn how to make the perfect puris, and how to balance the flavors of the filling and the water to create the perfect Pani Puri experience.

Finally, we'll end with Sev Puri Dhai Puri (SPDP) - a popular street food that features crispy puris topped with a mixture of spiced potatoes, chutneys, onions, and sev. You'll learn how to balance the flavors of sweet, spicy, and sour, and how to make the perfect chutneys to complement the dish.
